Founder Lacey Elliott began her career in 2004, working in life and health insurance before gaining valuable experience with an Independent Physician Association. That role gave her a unique perspective: she saw how insurance decisions affected people not just as patients, but also from the provider’s side of healthcare. With nearly two decades of experience, she brings both knowledge and compassion to her work.
